Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING AREA (FREE SHIPPING)

Currently, we provide FREE shipping on all orders of €300 or more to the following regions:

  • Germany
  • All prices on the website are tax-inclusive, so you won't need to pay any extra taxes. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Please note:

  • We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses.
  • Additional shipping charges will apply for orders containing batteries, motors, and controllers.

 

2. DELIVERY TIME

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), (GMT-5) The Eastern Time Zone of USA.

 

3. SHIPPING CHANGES

Notice: Please note that the shipping address CANNOT be changed once you placed your order

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However,You can also track your order if you have registered an account on our website.

Notice:If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.

Kindly Notes:

  1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact customers@inmotionworld.com for help.
  2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  3. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
  4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
