I bought the v13. Then I realized that it's too heavy. I had to contemplate then I found out about the V11. I got one of those Used off ebay and loved it. It was a matter of time before I realized that the V11 suits me. Once I realized that, I had to go back and get a New one. Came to this website and purchased the V11Y. I'm loving it. It has a bigger space under the handle for a speaker (the V11 had tight space). I added the pads and a seat. From there, I been going back and forth on it. Few hundred miles later and it's serving it's purpose. We will transform our transport means soon and the EUC is the begging. Great work for InMotion. A+

Great customer service
So I had an issue recently, I rode the wheel till it was 5% battery and it told me to get off. I ended up having to push it home like two miles, and I think that two miles brought the battery all the way down because it shut off. I tried charging and an error code came up saying the wheel had been locked due to safety related danger(I think the battery just overheated a bit). Needless to say, after a few emails back and forth over two days I was able to schedule a meeting with an INMOTION technician over the phone. This call took no less than five minutes, he was super friendly and helpful and gave me advice on the wheel, and him unlocking the wheel was within a minute of talking to him and connecting him to my wheel. Overall super impressed with the customer service, I was a bit concerned on the wait times of them getting back to me as I’ve heard different and mixed opinions. But they replied in great time, assured me they were concerned with my problem, and addressed the issue right away. Great experience with their customer service like I said, if I could give 10 stars, I would!

Very easy and Fun
Was able to start scooting around my house almost immediately, went outside and got really confident in about 10 min. My gf who is NOT a thrill seeker (doesn't even enjoy children's rollercoasters) picked it up in about an hour and then could ride around the inside of our apt complex withought my help, though slightly shaky. It also does seem well built and only used about 15% battery today after 2.2mi including hitting the max 20mph a couple times in sport mode

I have several larger EUCs, but this was perfect for my daughter. She got up and rolling on it. Pros -Fast charging -Very easy to learn -Good safety mechanisms in place to prevent going too fast -Solid construction Cons -Will want it faster after mastering it

Best Value in the Market
After a lot of research and experience from owning a Hiboy S2 Pro, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased the INMOTION Climber. Goal was to upgrade from an entry level scooter to improve my daily commute to work (comfort, speed, reliability, power, battery life). This scooter has exceeded all my expectations. I had zero issues with the app and made sure to upgrade the firmware right away. No problems. Love the dual motors. Speeds advertised delivered and it’s wild to fly up hills. Very comfortable ride and very fast off the line in sports mode after firmware update. For the money, hands down best value in the market. Looks high end as well. Love flying by all the shared electric scooters and e-bike. Don’t over think it. Trust me. A+

Fast, great for hills, reliable and fun dual motor scooter...
I live in a mostly flat area (near the beach), and this is a nice scooter to cruise around on. I have a bridge I cross to get to the beach, and the Climber really does what its name says it does: CLIMB! The bridge is pretty high, and the Climber accelerates while ascending. Very powerful. It's a solid scooter, since the build quality is top notch. The fact it's highly water resistant means I don't have to worry about getting caught in the rain either. If it gets dark there's a nice, bright headlight for night time riding. Now, I'll talk about speed and handling. The scooter is nimble, and easily allows me to avoid bumps and potholes. I found that it does surprisingly well on grass as well. It's also pretty fast. I managed to get about 24 miles per hour top speed. And the scooter remained easy to control, and I still felt safe. Love it! I also use it to commute, and folding it takes about 5 seconds. Carrying it is also quite easy, since it's dual motor. Just grab the handle and go! Definitely well thought out. Overall, a great scooter from Inmotion's lineup. It will definitely do as promised - and it climbs hills like a mountain goat.

WOW!!!! I was totally and completely surprised by this scooter.It's so light 38lbs and carries me with ease I'm 230lbs air pro is my 1st e-scooter I'm 61 so I started 1st with you tube video how to ride next unboxing video followed video instructions which was 2 steps screw in 1 screw to attach break to handlebars next screw in handlebar grips you're done that's it!!! Extremely important suggestion USE Kick start settings it's very easy to accidentally hit the accelerator and very easy for scooter to get away from you and you will crash also wear a (hips) approved helmet it saved my life!!!

It's got a pretty decent speed, it's really fun, built well, and I haven't seen better for the price. The battery life itself is good, but you will notice the acceleration slow down once you're under half charge. Make SURE to properly inflate your front tire! I didn't at first and it made me think it was slow but it was just my fault.

I believe it's the fastest one at the same price scooter. Works great while I'm riding around the city and it's easy to charge and use like cellphone. Easy to take anyway cause it can fold up nicely. Fast and easy to handle on turns. Smooth ride. In love with the scooter!

We bought 2 for x-mas. the other is a dud, hopefully going back to the manufacturer. Weak, slow and expensive. This on the other hand is amazing. My son pulls a wheelie with it. It goes 22mph and super long range. Solid design, strong brakes, good ergonomics. You can't go wrong with this one.
